Our wireless high-speed Internet installation avoids the mess and high-cost associated with wiring your entire building for service. GuestSpot service is based upon 802.11, also known as Wi-Fi, which sends data through the air instead of wires. If you require hard-wired connections to meet certain requirements, we can provide those as well.

Monitoring allows us to correct many issues remotely– often before you or your guests ever detect them; deploy technicians if needed; or to help you proactively prevent guest distisfaction in cases of lengthy downtime due to bandwidth outages.
- 24/7/365 Toll-Free telephone support for guests provides friendly and knowledgable help from our US-based call center representatives. If your Guests happen to have trouble connecting, we're here to help. And we won't keep them waiting with the average "on hold" time of around 1 minute.
- 24/7/365 Toll-Free telephone support for your front desk staff allows your front desk, IT, or maintenance staff to contact a technical support representative, helping to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

To access the GuestSpot Internet service, guests are required to have at least a 802.11b/g capable notebook computer with an installed wireless card, or other compatible network-capable device. We recommend that our hospitality customers have network cards on hand to provide to their guests if needed.
* Free Network Conversion offer limited to properties with 150 rooms or less. Other restrictions may apply. Conversion includes a Thinwires Network Controller and the programming of 5 existing wireless access points to work with the Thinwires network. Programming and testing of additional access point beyond 5 will be $25 each and added as a separate line item on your first invoice. If any additional hardware or work is required for your guest network to function reliably, a Thinwires technician will notify you and discuss available options.
